Hi Rachael, below is the drawing of your new fanlight. We have used Times New Roman for the font as this is as close as we could get to your drawing without having the font name. The grey area will be the sandblasted glass (etched). The white border, the corners and the text will all be clear glass. The dashed line is the visible area. The glass will be single glazed 4mm toughened safety glass. Please let us know if this drawing is fine for you or if you require any changes.
