Hi Alison & Anthony, Option 1 is the design requested and Option 2 is another option you may want to consider. Both designs contain black and clear fused glass tiles with a 10mm clear stripe throughout as requested. The windows are exactly to scale.

UPDATE: Option 3 is the same as option 2 but with arch tops on side windows
