Hello Wayne, here is the drawing of the 623 design using your clients glass sizes. The design is viewed from the outside and all of the areas shown in grey will be frosted. The white border and all of the bevels will be clear glass and we will use dark lead Option 2 from this page.

The four curved arcs will be create using Texture 700 which is a colourless texture that has an obscurity to it. The dashed line shows your visible area and these lines are 15mm from the glass edge, so the visible areas would be 70mm apart. Please let the studio know if it is fine to proceed with manufacture.
