Stained Glass Waterfall – Chelmsford

Hi Gillian, below are 2 versions of my interpretation of the Linn Of Dee photo you sent, along with the addition of the night sky from the Menai Bridge commission. I have added 2 versions, the first being flat glass and the second being Minster Glass. The dashed line shows the visible size. Please don’t take too much notice of the colours as these will not be exactly the same when we make the glass. As explained during your studio visit, on jobs like these we like to part colour the panel and send photos to you for approval before finishing the panel. The reason for this is colours come different due to batch variation. We also have stock of many colours that are rare and not available nowadays and we will get these out and look through them as we create the glass. This helps us to find the best colours for a specific project.

If required we can add that single lead line border around the edge, similar to the Menai Bridge panels but I think you didn’t want that if I remember correctly. Please let the studio know if you would like any alterations to the layout and colour theme and we will make the changes and upload any new versions.
