Hello Margaret, below is your drawing of the fanlight you require. We have taken some of the features of your original door glass design and used them to create this pattern, We added the number 4 at the top as you may like the house number to be included. The areas shown in grey will be the etched glass and the sections shown in white will be clear glass. The dashed line shows the visible area of the glass. Please let the studio know if it is fine to proceed with manufacture.
