Leaded Glass Unicorn Window

In 1998 we were asked by a client to create this large leaded glass Unicorn feature window for their hall window. The Overlay Stained Glass Window measured just over 1 metre square and was created using our overlay stained glass procedure. The decorative glass panel was an internal feature so was manufactured into single glazed form.

All of the coloured pieces of the design were marbled colours with the white unicorn having a slight marble effect to the background of the colour. Natural lead was used for the design and this was chosen as Option 1 from our Leaded Glass page.
