Fused Glass Leaves Richmond Door – Hertfordshire

In 2020, we were approached by a client in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire to supply a pair of split glazed panels for a project to restore their Richmond Door. The panels they wanted were Etched with Fused Cecily Leaves (design 513) which suited the newly refurbished door perfectly. In the end, their “labour of love” was well worth it with the stunning Richmond door you see below the outcome.

Richmond Door inside view (colours may appear lighter due to sunlight)

While looking darker in the first image and lighter in the second, the fused leaves are the colour you see in the close up below. They may appear as different shades of green at different times of the day or from different angles due to differing amounts of light shining through behind the glass.
