Hi Alan, before we go ahead and make this large panel for you I would just like you to confirm that the materials supplied are correct because one bevel is around 3 times smaller in area than the drawing. Take a look at our ‘mock up’ and notice that the drawing supplied by your customer (below) is very accurate in regards to the actual bevel sizes. The main difference is the circle jewel bevels because the circle bevels you supplied are 30mm wide and the drawing supplied by the customer looks to have incorporated the 50mm version of the same circle jewel bevel.

The reason I think that the customer may be expecting the 50mm jewels is because they have accurately drawn all of the other bevels to exact scale so they must have a copy of a bevel brochure stating all of the relevant sizes. I think it may be worth you contacting your client to check if they would accept the 30mm bevels or do they require 50mm bevels instead. This would be an expensive remake for you if we create the panel and your client refuses it.
