Hello Vickie, below is your chosen 1215 design and there will be a set of 3 panels exactly the same. The background will be the obscure etched sections and the detail shown here in white will be the clear glass sections. The thin dashed line is to show you where the visible area of the glass sits so ignore everything beyond this line.
